2 hour Deluxe Magic Show Package  
All that is included in the 2 hour package plus a 20- 30 minute audience participation magic illusion show with white doves, birthday child made special and included in the magic show.

 

2 hour Super Deluxe Magic Show Package
This package is only for STRETCH THE MAGIC CLOWN, he has been clowning and entertaining for over 20 years, His laugh, magic show and comedy has the children in stitches, he personalizes his parties to perfection.

 

Please Note:: Party Packages are a rough guide only and based on 25 children attending. We play age appropiate games and activies and may go for a longer or shorter time.

All our Entertainers totally take over the entertainment of party, all the parents have to do is supply the food, drink, lolly bags, and the birthday cake and the entertainer does the rest.  

 

Terms and Conditons of Bookings and Cancellation Fees

Corporate Functions full payment required from 7 days if invoice to confirm.

Private parties payment at time of booking by credit card or direct deposit.

Private Parties booked more than 3 months in Advance 50% deposit and balance 2 weeks prior.

Full payment must be received before the function, for security & insurance reasons,Carousel Clowns will not allow entertainers to be responsible for cash/cheque collections.

If a client cancels their booking within:

More than 7 days notice 10%
7 days of their function a cancellation fee of 20%
3 days prior 50%
24 Hours Prior 100%

of the total amount of the booking will apply.

There is no cancellation fee for clients transferring their booking to another date (Subject to availability) Carousel Clowns will hold the clients cancelled booking for a period of 12 months.

Carousel Clowns is not responsible for weather conditions; therefore it is the responsibility of the client to arrange an alternate backup venue.
